Simply upload your photo using the 'upload photo' button above and your digital portrait PNG (transparent background) and PDF Print files will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Please state any custom instructions in the text box provided, e.g. if you would like your pet's name added to your portrait.
If you are ordering portraits of multiple pets, please specify whether you would like them in the same frame or separate.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your digital portrait, we offer free revisions until you are!
After you have approved your digital portrait, we will then post your physical copy.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your product, as well as your location.

Returns
We cannot accept any returns as our products are all made to order.
However, we provide unlimited revisions free of charge until your portrait is PURFECT!
